RADIO SHOW TRANSCRIPTION DISC FROM THE ARMED FORCES RADIO & TELEVISION SERVICE.   TWO COMPLETE 25 MINUTE RADIO PROGRAMS ON THIS 16 INCH, VINYL, 33 1/3 RPM DISC.  THIS DISC WAS ISSUED TO ARMED FORCES RADIO STATIONS FOR BROADCAST TO U. S. TROOPS AND NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.  VERY RARE!   

“Make Way For Youth” Christmas Eve Program circa 1959.  Program originates from WJR, Detroit with Don Large & The Make Way For Youth Chorus, Jim Beasley & The 3 Co-Eds, Chic Chi Prentiss, The Teenettes.  Music is by Jimmy Clark & The Orchestra.  Songs include “We're Off To See The Wizard" vocal Make Way For Youth Chorus, "Silver Bells" vocal Jim Beasley & The 3 Co-Eds 25, "Winter Lullaby" vocal Make Way For Youth Chorus, "When Hearts Are Young", "Christmas Is For Everyone" vocal Make Way For Youth Chorus featuring Sara Jane Tallman, "The Christmas Song / Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire" vocal The Teenettes, "Little Jack Frost Get Lost" vocal Chi Chi Prentiss, "The First Snowfall" vocal Jim Beasley, "There's No Place Like Home For The Holidays" vocal Make Way For Youth Chorus.  An excellent live program!  25 minutes

"Moods In Melody" Christmas Program produced by ABC and The United States Air Force featuring music by Percy Faith & His Orchestra.  Percy Faith gives introductions and commentary of his records that are played including "Deck The Halls", "It Came Upon A Midnight Clear", "Good King Wenceslas", "Hark The Harold Angels Sing", "O Holy Night", "The Holly & The Ivy / Here We Go A Caroling", "Silent Night Holy Night".  25 minutes

 Disc is in Excellent- Condition with Excellent sound, Beautiful Disc!  

Due to their size, 16 inch discs will not play on most standard turntables.   For $10 I can make a CD copy of the disc for the buyer only
