Description

MAMA LION "Preserve Wildlife" rare original LP from 1972 (FAMILY PRODUCTIONS FPS 2702). Featuring the psych legend NEIL MERRYWEATHER and the amazing LYNN CAREY with her powerful vocals. This was their first album and the one with the famous/infamous gimmick window design gatefold sleeve which opens to show Lynn breastfeeding a lion cub. The sleeve is worth the high price usually paid for this alone!, but the music is pretty good too. Small price written on Side One label (not very noticeable due to dark background). The fragile bars that are usually torn or missing are there (the middle bar is completely intact and the other two have tears on the two ends but still attached) otherwise sleeve is EX. Record is EX.
