DESCRIPTION

Man Is The Bastard - “Discography From Capitalist Casualties And Bleeding Rectum Split 12”s” Deep Six Records DS14 (Stereo). Hard to find Original Gray / Purple / Multicolor Marbled Vinyl Power Violence / Noise / Hardcore / Punk Rock album from Man Is The Bastard. This is a compilation of M.I.T.B. songs from Bleeding Rectum / Man Is The Bastard (Side A - 33RPM) and Capitalist Casualties / Man Is The Bastard (Side B - 45 RPM). Pressed on Purplish Gray and Multicolor Marbled Vinyl. In the Original Cover with No Cutouts, Promo markings or Barcode. Includes the Original 2-sided Picture / Lyrics / Notes Insert Sheet / Poster with Morbid Mark Artwork.

CONDITION

The Sleeve is in okay shape. There is some fairly slight shelf wear - largely just dirtiness on the white cover. There is some corner softening/dinging. There is a crease in the lower right corner. There is some staining from wetness in the upper right corner and down along the opening edge - not a super saturated moldy mess but there is some discoloration. This shows some on the back as well. Still solid with no splits, tears, cutouts, writing, etc. and I would still rate it VG. The Vinyl is in clean Glossy condition looking lightly played. It’s hard to see with the colored vinyl but if you look really closely you can spot a couple light scuffs. EX visually but plays pretty much perfectly Near Mint all through with maybe one or two soft tics. The Labels are Near Mint. The insert has some very faint moisture staining in the lower right corner. Would be EX without that but still at least VG+.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Records are graded to the best of my ability to Goldmine Visual standards. I provide Play Grades as a courtesy but only guarantee the Visual Grade. If you are not familiar with this grading system (or even if you think you are!), please check it out before bidding. I have summarized the important (i.e. I think everyone knows what Mint means) points below in Goldmine's words:

Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.
