Description

"MAN WITHOUT A STAR" (1955) Song sung by KIRK DOUGLAS   Kirk starred in this mid-fifties picture. Whether he was heard singing this song from the film IN the film, I am not sure.  (There was a title song, but that was sung by Frankie Laine...who made a side career out of western title songs).    This song, by JIMMY KENNEDY and LOU SINGER, is called 'THE MOON GREW BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER'.  Kirk is accompanied on the single by The Mellowmen.   Douglas also sings a song from another of his 1950's motion pictures on Side 2, 'A WHALE OF A TALE',from "20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA" (composed by Norman Gimbel and Al Hoffman).   The DECCA Record number is 9-29355 and it is in NEARLY NEW condition.(clean, shiny vinyl..no marks).   SHIPPING COST:            U.S.A. / CANADA   $3.00                                 INTERNATIONAL    $5.00
