BEYOND DARKNESS GUARANTEE

1.- I am selling two kind of stuff: NEW or USED

The NEW stuff is never played before and sometimes is also sealed. The NEW stuff is in mint condition.
The USED stuff comes from my personal collection and has been revised before I have listed it on ebay.  I am a serious and honest seller as you can see if check out my feedbacks. I do NOT sell items in bad conditions or damaged. The used stuff has NOT strong scratches or marks which affect to the playing. In most cases the used stuff has been played once, and looks like NEW.

In both cases I have described the item condition as accurately as possible for your better information

2.- All items are complete.

3.- All items will be packed securely with high quality protective packing due I use a special strong material for all my packages which guarantee your purchases will arrive in perfect conditions, because any standard damage will not affect your stuff during the transit. As you, I am also a “metal” collector and  I know a music collection is almost sacred, for this reason  I dedicate time and effort to pack each of the items I sold.

4.- Even if I send the CD without jewel case, to avoid postage could increase (I will use this option as default. If you prefer CD with jewel case, please let me know) the packaging I will do also keep the condition status and guarantee the CD and booklet will arrive with no damages or marks. I know exactly how to do my work. All my customers are very satisfied and so happy with my working method

5.- For the vinyl stuff, I fix it inside the package to avoid the movement during the transit could cut the sleeve. I also remove the inner sleeve from the sleeve for the same reason.

6.-  I do NOT charge extra money for additional items or fees for  handling !!! (get profit of this !!) and combine several purchases in the same package !!. You will pay only the final auction price + official Spanish postage.  (just the stamp !! NO extra fees !!)

But If the payment method you will use produce extra fees (like personal cheques, non European bank transfer, etc...) you will cover this fees.

Bid with confidence, be sure you are dealing with a reliable and honest seller.

7.- Due the Spanish post service is based on the package “weight”, if you buy/combine several items, I will send all together in the same package and you  will save on postage. To send packages with free space is not recommended.

(the weight range is: 50 to 100 grams, 101 to 200 grams, 201 to 350 grams, 351 to 1000 grams, and every kg.: 1 to 2 kg, 2 to 3 kg, etc…)

If you would like to know what exactly postage you will pay, please contact to me and let me know your country and quantity of item/s you are going to purchase (for example:  1 CD , 1 LP, 1 EP alone // or multiple items like 4 CDs +1 LP // 3 EPs // 5 CDs + 2 LPs.... etc)

8.- All items are dispatched –maximum- within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment. (no weekends). Please note bank transfer could takes 2 – 3 days to clear.

9.- I SEND PACKAGES TO ALL COUNTRIES. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ARE WELCOME.

2.- If you are the winner bidder, please contact to me within the 3 days after the auction ends and let me know your ebay code name,  country, postage service (see point 3) and method of payment (see point 4) you prefer. IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU PROVIDE TO ME THIS INFO TO MAKE OUR DEAL EASIEST AND FASTER. Without this information I am not able to send an invoice with the postage expenses and the method of payment you prefer !!.

 After you got  the invoice with entire amount and payment detail, the payment shall be made within the next 10 days.  TO AVOID MISTAKES: PLEASE, DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY INVOICE. MANY THANKS.

3.- You can choose two postage service options: REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED.

Registered service is recommended because the package got a tracking number and if something wrong happens, we can reclaim to the post office. Also, is so difficult a registered package could be lost during the transit. if you do not specify what kind postage service you prefer I will use registered postage service as default.

Unregistered service is cheaper, but also a risk. If something wrong happens during the transit, we can reclaim nothing due there are not tracking number, and you could miss the package. Of course I disclaim any responsibility if you choose this service. If you use this kind of postage service often, without any problem, it means your local post service works correctly so feel free to request unregistered service option.

4.- As payment method I accept:

-PAYPAL (If you are going to use this option, please, ask for our paypal payment conditions, before the auction ends),

    -BANK TRANSFER  (IBAN/BIC),

    -INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER.

1.- Vendo dos tipos de artículos: NUEVOS o USADOS

Los artículos nuevos, están sin usar y en algunas ocasiones vienen precintados. En cualquier caso, estos artículos están a estrenar 
Los artículos usados, provienen de mi colección personal y están revisados antes de ser vendidos. Ninguno de los artículos usados tienen rayas o marcas profundas que afecten al sonido o la reproducción. En muchos casos los artículos tan solo han sido reproducidos una vez y están como nuevos

2.- Todos los artículos están completos.

3.- Para los envíos, realizo paquetes utilizando un material rígido, especial para envío de material musical, el cual garantiza que tus compras llegarán en perfecto estado debido a que protege los artículos prácticamente de cualquier daño durante el tránsito.

Como tú, también soy un coleccionista y sé perfectamente que la colección de cada uno es casi sagrada, por eso dedico tiempo y esfuerzo a empaquetar cada uno de  los artículos que vendo y así garantizar que te llegan en perfectas condiciones.

4.- Incluso si envío los CD sin caja, para que los gastos de envío sean más económicos (solo envío CD sin caja para envíos FUERA de España, en caso que no se indique lo contrario) El tipo de paquete mantiene el estado de conservación del articulo y garantiza que el CD y el libreto llegarán sin daños o marcas. Años de experiencia hacen que sepa perfectamente cómo hacer mi trabajo. Todos mis clientes están más que satisfechos de mi método de trabajo.

5.- Para todos los envíos de vinilos, fijo el contenido dentro del paquete, para evitar que el movimiento durante el envío, pueda cortar la portada del disco. También saco y separo el disco de dentro de la portada por el mismo motivo.

6.- A diferencia de otros vendedores, yo NO solicito dinero extra por cada artículo adicional o comisiones por manipulación ( APROVECHATE DE ESTO !!) y combina varios artículos en el mismo paquete. Tu solo pagarás el precio final de la subasta + los gastos de envío (según tarifa vigente de correos –servicio postal español- tan solo lo que cuesta el sello !!)

Pero, si la forma de pago que eliges como cheques bancarios, ingresos extracomunitarios…etc, implica comisiones extras, tu abonarás estas comisiones.

7.- Debido a que el servicio postal español está basado en el peso de los paquetes, si compras varios artículos, los enviaré todos juntos en un mismo paquete. De esta forma, ahorras en los gastos de envío. No se recomienda el envío de paquetes con mucho espacio libre.

El rango de peso es: de 50 a 100 grs., de 101 a 200 grs., de 201 a 350 grs., de 351 a 1000 grs. Y a partir de los 1000 grs., cada 1kg: de 1 a 2 Kg., de 2 a 3 kg., de 3 a 4 kg., etc…

Si quieres saber cuanto te costarán los gastos de envío exactamente, contacta conmigo e indícame tu país y la cantidad de artículos que quieres comprar. Por ejemplo:

1 CD, 1 LP ó 1 EP solo // o varios artículos 3 CD + 2 LP // 1 CD + 2 EP ….etc

8.- Todos los envío los realizo, máximo a las 48 horas después de recibir el pago (fines de semana no incluidos)

9.- REALIZO ENVIOS A TODOS LOS PAISES. USUARIOS INTERNACIONALES SOIS BIENVENIDOS !!!!!

1.- El comprador paga los gastos de envío. Por favor, ten en cuenta que “gastos de envío gratis”  solo se aplica para recogidas locales. Si eres de Barcelona y quieres recoger el artículo en mano, no hay gastos de envio.

2.- Si ganas alguno de mis artículos, contacta conmigo en los 3 días siguientes a la finalización de la puja, indicando tu seudónimo de ebay, país,  servicio postal (mira el punto 3) y la  forma de pago (mira el punto 4) que utilizarás. ES MUY IMPORTANTE QUE ME FACILITES ESOS 4 DATOS, para que la operación sea más fácil y rápida para ámbos.  Cuando disponga de esa información, podré enviarte un email con el importe  total y los datos para realizar el pago. Después de recibir este email, dispones de 10 días para abonar el importe.

PARA EVITAR ERRORES: Por favor, NO me envíes ningún pago hasta recibir mi email.

3.- Puedes elegir entre dos servicios postales: CERTIFICADOS o SIN CERTIFICAR

Recomiendo el servicio certificado, ya que es casi imposible que un paquete certificado se pueda perder, pues dispone de número de seguimiento con el cual se puede localizar el envio e incluso reclamar a correos si el paquete no llega. Si no especificas lo contrario, utilizaré este servicio por defecto.

Los envíos sin certificar son más económicos pero también tienen un riesgo. Debido a que no hay número de seguimiento, si el paquete no llega, no se puede reclamar y podrías perderlo. Por supuesto si eliges esta opción, yo declino toda responsabilidad en caso que el paquete no llegue. Si normalmente te llegan envíos sin certificar, significa que tu servicio postal local funciona correctamente por lo que siéntete libre de elegir esta opción.

4.- Métodos de pago que acepto:

-PAYPAL (si vas a usar este método, por favor contacta antes de pujar para indicarte  nuestras normas para los pagos mediante el sistema paypal),

    -TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA  (IBAN/BIC),

    -INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER.

    -CASH

     Para otros métodos de pago, por favor contacta antes de que finalice el artículo.

5.- Solo usuarios serios. Si crees que no podrás pagar lo que compres, por favor no pujes, y evita que perdamos el tiempo. Por favor no fuerces esta situación
