Description
MANFRED MANN
Title : Mighty Garvey! Label : Fontana Catalogue No : STL 5470
Issue : UK Original Press
This is the UK Original on the earliest black and silver Fontana label of 'Mighty Garvey!' by Manfred Mann. This press is complete with the black and silver Fontana label, the original inner sleeve and fully laminated sleeve.
The record is in Near Mint condition. The heavy vinyl has a superb high gloss, every track looks sensational, there are just a few wispy hairlines. These are pretty insignificant, it looks fabulous. On playing the sound is warm, rich and extremely clear. The Fontana label is completely clean with bold black and bright silver. The text is sharp and there is no spindle wear only a couple of the faintest spider marks.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The sleeve still has it's original polished shine, the black is bold and the colours are vivid. The edges are still very firm with only light wear and a little corner wear. The sleeve is very solid and the spine has clear text.
