This is the UK 1st Press of 'Mighty Garvey!' by Manfred Mann. This rare Mono press is complete with the earliest 687991 1L/1 - 2L/1, it has the earliest black and silver Fontana label, the original inner sleeve and fully laminated sleeve.
The record is in Excellent condition. The heavy vinyl has a superb high gloss, every track looks sensational, there are just a few wispy hairlines and one very light mark on Side 1. These are pretty insignificant, it still looks fabulous. On playing the sound is warm, rich and extremely clear. There is a little noise at some moments but it still sound superb. The Fontana label is completely clean with bold black and bright silver. The text is sharp and there is no spindle wear only a couple of the faintest spider marks.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The sleeve still has it's original polished shine, the black is bold and the colours are vivid. The edges are still very firm with only light wear and a little corner wear. The sleeve is very solid and the spine has clear text.
