This single comes in its original black & white sleeve printed on white cardboad. Comes with small art insert (see picture). Released in November 1978. Vinyl is flawless, label is near flawless, with minor signs of having ever been played once or at most twice. Cover sleeve is in near mint condition Disc is in absolute mint condition, with not even a hairline scuff mark on either side when viewed under a magnifier lamp.
