"Excellent" grade used by eBay in "item specifics".  I use this grade as though it were somewhere between my NM- and VG++ since eBay doesn't use these two grades.

VG++

Still great condition, a few light scattered marks or scuffs.

VG+

Normal wear with a small number of scattered scuffs or light scratches, still a nice record.

VG Somewhat mishandled, light scratches or scuffs or maybe a few larger ones, occasional surface noise when played.
