Description

You are bidding on a very rare LP by MARIANNE FAITHFULL. It is called "Come My Way" and it was issued in the UK in 1965. It was released on Decca Records - LK.4688. Original first pressing with grooved unboxed Decca label. With ARL-6747-1A/ARL-6748-2A matrixes, indicating a very first issue. Beautiful female folk by Miss Faithfull, discovered by ROLLING STONES manager Andrew Loog Oldham in 1964. Session musicians include: JON MARK and BIG JIM SULLIVAN (uncredited). The version of House Of The Rising Sun is a different take than the one on the Blowin' In The Wind single! Record comes with original innersleeve.

Songs featured are: Come My Way, Jaberwock, Portland Town, House Of The Rising Sun, Spanish Is A Loving Tongue, Fare Thee Well, Lonesome Traveller, Down In The Salley Garden, Mary Ann, Full Fathom Five, Four Strong Winds, Black Girl, Once I Had A Sweetheart and Bells Of Freedom.

Condition of the sleeve: VG ++ (some slight wear, some small creases and some yellowing/discoloring)
Condition of the record: VG ++ (has some slight scuffs. Beautiful clean labels, plays brilliantly on my record player).
