Marillion : Best Of Both Worlds 1982 - 1988 2 x Picture Discs

For this auction I am selling a number of Fish/Marillion records and the vast majority of them have been incredibly well preserved.  I am moving house soon and I want to 'shift' a lot of my stock quickly so unfortunately do not have the time to describe each track in detail as I generally do.

This very collectable 2 x picture disc features tracks from the Fish era and was released in 1997 as part of the EMI 100 centenary and are housed in two separate pvc clear sleeves.  The discs are pressed on heavyweight vinyl and they are both visually stunning with no marks or scratches and just 3/4 very small faint hairlines.  They look as if they have hardly been handled let alone played which is how it should be with picture discs of course.

It is well known that picture discs do not play as well as standard vinyl and as such I will not give them an audio grade.  However, I have played excerpts from every track and I can confirm the audio is of a superb standard with barely any intrusion, the clarity is very impressive indeed.

The die-cut cardboard cover does have some wear but is fully intact.  The edges and corners have some rubbing and the back cover is a little wavy due to water/damp I imagine.  It is certainly not in poor condition and as stated the actual discs are in fantastic condition.  The clear sleeves are in great shape with no side splits.
