Marillion : Selling Fish - Live 4 UK Tour '86

For this auction I am selling a number of Fish/Marillion records and the vast majority of them have been incredibly well preserved.  I am moving house soon and I want to 'shift' a lot of my stock quickly so unfortunately do not have the time to describe each track in detail as I generally do.

This rare white label pressing is obviously not an 'official' release but is certainly very collectable today.  It features various early 'live' tracks, 'Script...', 'Incubus', 'Jigsaw' and 'Fugazi' among others and was recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon, London 8th January 1986.  On the back cover it states 'For Radio Station Use Only : 1986'.

The vinyl is in in fantastic condition with an immaculate jet-black glossy sheen and has hardly ever been played, maybe once or twice.  I can only detect a couple of tiny faint blemishes on S1 and there are no obvious marks or scratches at all.  I cannot see any hairlines either!  The 'white' labels have only a couple of spindle lines on the S1 label.

As this is a 'boot' you cannot expect 'high end' audio and as such I will not grade the actual sound quality.  The sonic quality is nothing like what you would find on a standard vinyl.  I have however played various sections and I can confirm the audio is better than many 'boots' but still not as good as regular vinyl!  There are no clicks or pops and only a small number of dust ticks.  S2 has just a little static at the beginning.

The cover is in superb condition with only a minor mark on the front bottom right.  Aside from that it is perfect with no edge or corner wear.  The plain white inner has only a little creasing.
