Includes 2 foot black sash (a "tourniquet") folded in fourths with the title printed four times on one side. Includes certificate of authenticity with limited edition number.

All Vinyl is EXCELLENT with NO scratches, NO scuffs, etc. Very clean, & looks unplayed! Includes insert certificate #340 of 1000 copies, & also includes arm band/tourniquet (all in EXCELLENT shape)! Box is also EXCELLENT with faint wear on corners, & slight remnants of price sticker on back cover. (Very conservatively graded, & closer to NM.) See photos.
