Description
Extremely rare copy from the first official vinyl pressing of Smells Like Children. The CD was issued in 1995, of course, followed by several sketchy vinyl bootlegs before this official pressing from Simply Vinyl. This is the extremely rare, true first issue with "Mechanical Animals" mistakenly printed on the spine (see pic #3 above). The vinyl is in VG condition with scratches and scuffs (see pic #6 above); it plays through decently but with a LOT of crackle and pop audible in all of the quiet passages (listen to audio samples below). The cover is a strong VG with creasing shelf dings and wear on the corners. Complete with original printed Simply Vinyl insert. Please see all pics above!
