Description
This is a real ONE OFF UNIQUE ITEM by THE MARINE GIRLS (TRACEY THORN first band) . AN ORIGINAL, AND A MUST !!!.
To start with, this is THE MARINE GIRLS first PRIVATELY PRESSED single, but if that was not enough this copy came from a person who was involved with the band in the early days and as a result the band made a special one off copy for him, with hand drawing / colouring, writing, and dedication on the special back sleeve, this was all done in hand by the band, and is a ONE OFF ITEM for any collector of INDIE POP / TWEE / C86 / MARINE GIRLS / TRACEY THORN stuff.
The single also comes with the original INSERT !!!
This single came out in 1982 on the private IN PHAZE RECORDS, catalogue number COD 2 , a rare find and an ORIGINAL pressing !!!
The songs are: ON MY MIND / THE LURE OF THE ROCKPOOLS.
As mentioned this copy comes with a ONE OFF UNIQUE HAND PAINTED SLEEVE, and The condition of the VINYL is EX++. HAND PAINTED UNIQUE P/S in EX condition, and INSERT in EX+++ condition.
You will not find another or better copy of this killer INDIE POP / TWEE / C86 single very soon, only a few hundred copies were ever made of this private press single.
