"A LADY LOVES" - Marion Ryan - Pye Nixa NPL 18030 - original UK only mono purple label LP - WOW!!!!!! Another GREAT find!!! - This superbly swinging album by this exquisite lady!!!!  The with only very light surface marking and a few VERY light ticks and surface noise in just a couple of places, makes for great listening thruout!! - The flipback cover, also in great shape, with slight edge wear and the usual slight discoloration to the back, in fact, I would say the condition is excellent considering it's 45 years of life!!!!!!! - - Plus of course, Ronnie Cohen's great cover photo of this lovely lady! - Peter Knights backing on this LP is both tasteful and yet always swinging, a perfect vehicle for Marion's bubbly and jazzy approach.  Just as much at home with a torchy ballad or an upbeat swinger, this lady delivers up here, a SUPERB performance, this is excellent swinging jazz vocal at it's best!! - Such a RARE item to find now, it has been in demand for many years, this copy would grace the shelves of most collectors, had I not had my own copy, this would go straight to my collection!!!!! - OK enough of my ranting!!  The trax include: The title track, "A lady loves", a rocking, "I'm beginning to see the light", "There will never be another you", "I'll take romance" plus a carefully and tastefully selected further list of 8 great numbers!! - DON'T LET THIS ONE GET AWAY!!!!!!! - I ship Worldwide, buyer pays shipping at cost. - I can accept payment by: PAYPAL, IPMO's and IMO's drawn
