This listing is for a 7 inch Promo vinyl single from:

A Side: Double Or Nothing
This is a superb Northern Soul Instrumental
B. Side: Knock On Wood
The classic Eddie Floyd song, and this is an instrumental take on the original

The record is on Stax White Label with Red and Black logo, number STA - 0029
Double Or Nothing has "Plug Side" on the label Produced by Al Jackson  March 1969
East Memphis Music
This single is in Excellent condition and plays perfectly.
It would have made a higher grade, even bordering upon a Near Mint or Near Mint Minus,  but there is one small visible light scratch on the A side.
However I have played the record through several times and I cannot find any loss of sound or background noise or clicks etc.
It does play superbly. 
Plain White new paper sleeve.
This is a rare Promo. I have seen another one with the Stax logo printed in all black, but this one is black with red Stax lettering.
Double Or Nothing is a really awesome Northern Soul tune.
