REGARDING COMMUNICATION:

An email through Marketworks will be sent at the close of each auction. I will also send an invoice within 3 days if I have not received payment (payment is due within 2 weeks). Payment is due within 2 weeks of close of auction.

REGARDING SHIPPING:

Due to the recent volume of sales, and to be as efficient as possible, I do not send emails to confirm receipt of payment or shipping date. I do try and ship as quickly as I can, sometimes it can take a week or so to send items out, depending on how many orders I have. Note that media mail can take three weeks from when I receive payment. SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THROUGH THE US POSTAL SERVICE.

REGARDING FEEDBACK:

I leave feedback about once a month, and I wait to hear that everything is good on the customers end (and if there is a problem, I will do what I need to do to solve the problem). I always return positive feedback, it may take me a while to get to it. I do not leave feedback first for people who have a history of leaving negative feedback for others or who have low feedback.
