Description
CONDITION: V+ condition on this 1950 VOX release with the self titled MARLENE DIETRICH "SINGS" including "MEIN BLONDES BABY" and WO IST DER MANN" on this microgroove 33 rpm 10" LP issue with cover in EXCELLENT condition and record in V+ to Excellent condition -- these Eight songs licensed by Vox Records from Polydor, recorded by Marlene Dietrich 20 years before, in Germany, accompanied by Peter Kreuder and his orchestra. The material is surprisingly blues - and jazz-influenced, much more so than the recordings for which Dietrich subsequently became known. It's all delightfully decadent and seductivee -- typical Dietrich -- please see photos for overall condition
This record will be securely packed in a new LP box sandwiched between cardboard stiffeners for additional protection.
