Description

Martha Velez "Fiends And Angels" 1969 LP original UK first pressing. London Records  SHK 8395 - Blue inner sleeve showing through cut out hole in back cover indicates that it is Stereo. Also has the "Sire" logo on the front cover as it is 'A Sire Records, New York recording'. Dark plum/purple labels on record.
A great, underrated and largely unknown album with amazing vocals from Ms Velez.
Among the featured musicians, though not credited on the sleeve, are :  Eric Clapton, Paul Kossoff, Stan Webb, Andy Silvester, Jack Bruce, Jim Capaldi, Mitch Mitchell, Blue Weaver, Christine McVie, Brian Auger, Duster Bennett

I listen to each record before listing and try to be as honest as possible about even small details rather than just putting 'used condition' or 'excellent'.
The record has very few marks on it although there is a surface scratch on side 2 but this does not cause any clicks. Sounds really good with just a little bit of surface noise between tracks as is usual with any vinyl that has been played more than a couple of time.  Labels are both perfect with just a few spindle marks. VG+ by Ebay's grading system.
The sleeve is also in good condition. The front top open corner has bend marks and there is a little wear to a couple of the corners. Some record ring mark. The spine is in very good condition. VG+
