The Record is in excellent condition, given the age of this vinyl. The vinyl has two minimal marks on Side A, but they look like dust to me and not like playing marks. I don't own a record washing machine and I would not dare to wash this item anyway. The vinyl looks unplayed to me. I have not played it, as I did not want to damage this beautiful find.
The Cover has a bit of age typical ware on its edges but looks very very good, too, compared to other copies of this LP I have seen for sale in the past. The former owner unfortunately numbered this vinyl "92" with an ink pen on the left front corner. The cover also has a small sticker on the front that looks like a stamp and says "15 Telefunken" (see pictures). On the back, there is a pencil number "62" on the upper right corner, below that a round paper sticker hand-labelled "G62".
All in, I would say you cannot get this super rare LP in a better shape. The LP even still contains a copy of the original Deutsche Grammophon Guide "How to play a 33.3 RMP LP".
