Marva Whitney "It's My Thing"
King Records KSD 1062 Released 1969, runout groove reads: KS-1062-A / KS-1062-B
CONDITION
Below I'll try do give a detailed description for each track, but please don't sue me as every playback system varies acoustically.
The setup I used to check the vinyl was the Audio Technica AT440MLa on the Technics MK2 with calibrated weight at 2, antiskating at 2 as well. This needle is has a very detailed transient-response, so it reveals a lot of fine crackle.

VG- (Split Seems and ring wear, but other than that still quite nice!)
VINYL
Side 1: Mostly VG condition, but it varies throughout: There are some Pops and crackle in isolated passages while the majority of the side play very clean.
"It's my thing part 1" plays very clean without any surface noise and only very few isolated instances of crackle.
"It's my thing" (part 2) plays like a VG+ no pops and no noise.
"Things Got To Get Better" (Damn what a bomb of a tune!) plays VG+ as I counted one isolated pop.
"What Kind Of Man" VG as there is small amounts of crackle occuring on some bars. No Pops/clicks though!
"If You Love Me" VG with small amounts of crackle on some of the louder notes seemingly due to distortion. Not sure if this is due to the pressing or wear. Two tiny pops at the end of the track.
"In The Middle" VG+ Very Clean!
Side 2: between G and VG, most tracks play almost entirely without any crackle or pops, but surface noise is present in most places.
Overall surface noise and crackle decrease towards the center of the record. So this side starts as a G condititon and ends at VG.
"Unwind Yourself" Unfortunately this one has quite pronounced recurring surface noise throughout the track as well as some pops and clicks at the beginning.
"You Got To Have A Job" surface noise decreases after the first few bars, still audible though with some occasional crackle. Surface noise keeps on decreasing throughout the track.
"I'll Work It Out" there are four pronounced pops along with some streaks of surface noise for about 10 seconds in the first minute of the track. Later on it plays fine apart from some surface noise and a few smaller pops.
"Get Out Of My Life" the continous surface noise has disappeared, just some crackle on louder notes and small bouts of noise here and there. This track plays quite cleanly!
"I'm Tired..." No noise at all during the bass intro. Some very tiny fine pops here and there later in the track, but overall very clean! Some of these clicks sound like they stem from distortion during the vinyl-cut as they seem to coincide with louder notes/hits in the music.
"Shades Of Brown" No noise, just occasional crackle here and there. A solid VG.
Also, I have no means to professionally clean vinyl, so I believe there is potential for an overall improvement to sound quality when properly cleaned.
Overall it sounds great, and it is highly enjoyable!
