Purveyor of pop culture Mondo, hot on the heels of their 2XLP soundtrack to the Netflix Original Series Marvel's Luke Cage, is pleased to announce the premiere vinyl releases of the Marvel Music soundtracks to Marvel's Daredevil Season One and Marvel's Jessica Jones Season One.
"We are so proud to continue the series of Marvel soundtracks with Daredevil and Jessica Jones," said Mondo Record Label Manager Mo Shafeek. "It's extremely exciting to see each character come to life and with each new soundtrack it feels like we are building something bigger along the way, just like the characters in the shows are coming together for a larger purpose."
John Paesano's score for Marvel's Daredevil Season One had the task of setting the tone for the Netflix Original Series. Right from the opening credits Paesano creates a powerful sense of urgency and an undercurrent of darkness, crafting some of the most kinetic musical sequences in the Marvel Universe including the bombastic tracks "Hallway Fight" and "Stick."
Sean Callery's (Homeland, Bones, 24) score for Marvel's Jessica Jones Season One took the tonal shift from gritty ground level action to noir. Everything you need to know can be found in "Jessica Jones Main Title" (2016 Emmy® Award winner for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music) with its mix of late night, street corner Jazz consumed by pulsating rhythms and a wailing guitar that creates a musical dichotomy thematically appropriate to the narrative of our titular hero.
Continuing artwork for Marvel soundtracks is Matthew Woodson. Each cover features the hero on the exterior gatefold and the big bad (Kilgrave on Marvel's Jessica Jones, and Wilson Fisk on Marvel's Daredevil) on the interior gatefold.

Also, we can combine shipping for multiple items won at a very reasonable rate. Items ship between one-to-three days of date of purchase, so keep that in mind when bidding. Please note: After a decade of selling on eBay, we must discontinue shipping internationally. We regret this decision, as some of our most loyal customers are located abroad, but the USPS's exorbitant new rates have forced us (at least for the time being) do discontinue shipping abroad.
