Description

  • Marvin Gaye released his triple-disc compilation album "Anthology" in 1974 on Motown Records. Its six sides are filled with 40 hits including his duets with Tammi Terrell. It includes a 12-page full-color Booklet Insert that chronicles Gaye's career.

  • This copy of (M9 791A3) is in excellent condition and was pressed in the mid-1970s. The trifold cover has only slight edge wear and along with the Booklet Insert are easily in VG+ condition. Please see the picture. All three discs Test Play cleanly and are also easily VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. It was mastered at Tracy-Val Corp in Somerdale, N.J. and this copy was most likely pressed next door at Superior Record Pressing Corp. which was partly owned by Motown. The Side One dead wax is etched M791A3-RE-1-13 C4RS 7897-1 TVCB. 

  • This album will come with three high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeves and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve. It will ship securely in the special corrugated Album Mailer seen in the last picture.
