Few albums that emerged from the legendary Barry Gordon / Motown kingdom command the critical acclaim and music fan love as does Marvin Gaye's iconic "What's Going On".  Surely one of the most influential and studied albums of all time.  All tracks were written and arranged by Gaye.

Outstanding sound quality on this brilliantly recorded album.  VG++ wax plays very well, with only modest surface noise audible between some tracks and during a very few quiet passages.  A wonderful listening experience indeed!  Light paper scuffs/hairlines/scratches are visible under bright light but have little or no impact on sound quality.  Super high gloss remains.  Labels are clean and bright.

Gatefold jacket is VG.  Ring/rub wear visible front and back.  Inside gatefold area features a Gaye family photo collage, lyrics and credits ... all clear and sharp.  Seams and spine are solid excepting a 1/2 inch seam split of the lower right hand side corner of the bottom seam ... with modest rub wear.  Spine print remains legible.
