Condition: The cover is in very nice condition with only minor signs of age and handling. Front has nice gloss, no ring wear. Lower left corner is creased, and upper right has a small bump. Back has a few light creases. Seams are strong, intact, no splits, just some mild rub here and there. Has a factory cut-out, but as far as I can tell, all promotional copies have the cut out. Overall, a very nice cover. Grade: Excellent (EX).
The vinyl is also in very nice condition, still retains its original high gloss shine and luster. No scratches, no scuffs, no extraneous marks. Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes. Sound quality is excellent. I've owned this record since for 25 years, play tested it once, then archived it un-played. Very well-preserved. Grade: Near Mint (NM).
