The record is in near-mint condition and the sleeve/jacket is in excellent condition.  It is out of print and very hard to find.  
This is Masters of Reality at their finest, one of the best live recordings I've heard and own.  I'm not willing to part with this record easily, hence the high starting bid.  It's the last Masters of Reality I own on wax, having sold the rest.
