Artist:  MAX BRUEL QUARTET

Title:   “Cool Bruel”

Label:   EMARCY.  Label is blue with silver text, drummer logo.  Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl, with deep groove.  Catalog number is MG-36062. 

Year:  1955.

Max Bruel – baritone sax

Bent Axen – piano

Jorgen Ryg – trumpet

Erik Moseholm, Leif Sjoberg – bass

William Schiopffe - drums. 

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is beautiful VG++ with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with utmost care.  There are a couple very small light scuffs, not audible except for an isolated tick or two in a couple places, nothing serious.  No serious marks or distractions, no skips, no pops.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels are clean.  This is a fine sounding record.

JACKET:   Jacket shows noticeable signs of wear and handling.   Front panel has laminate peeling around the edges, and store price sticker at upper right.  Reverse panel and seams have darkened due to age and storage.  Bottom seam has small split at the opening (approximately 2-inches), and top opening is just beginning to separate.  No writing.   Far from perfect, but still serviceable.
