Description
This Mono original copy of Max Roach “Drums Unlimited” (Atlantic 1467) has a gatefold cover in Very Good ++ condition which was autographed by Max. It contains his iconic drum composition “The Drum Also Waltzes.”
The record is only in Very Good or Very Good Minus condition, but this can be upgraded with a better copy to go with this amazing collectible cover. It does include the original Atlantic paper album jacket.
My husband, who owned Drum Headquarters, provided the drum set for Max’s solo concert at Washington University in St. Louis on Sept. 13, 1997. He spent a fair amount of time with Max that day and brought this LP, which Max signed.
This LP will be shipped in a sturdy mailer box.
I have been a record dealer for 40 years and had a record store for 26 years. I use Goldmine grading.
