MAXWELL Juvenile Junk '83 PGT Records Texas Rockabilly w/CHARLIE SEXTON EX

PGT Records, catalog number PT92083 (in the deadwax), a single-sided 1083 EP by Austin rockabilly singer Maxwell, Juvenile Junk. This is the first recorded appearance (I believe) by the very young Austin semi-legend Charlie Sexton, 15 or so when this EP came out; he'd been playing with the cream of Austin blues musicians since years earlier. Drummer on this set is Gary "Mudkat" Smith, later of the LeRoi Brothers and Tailgators. The EPs were self-released; covers were old LP covers cut, turned inside-out (this one's a Silver Convention record, FYI) with titles written on notebook paper and taped to the cover. Cover and vinyl are EX, a very small tear to the sheet of paper with the title (it's been taped). Cleaned on the VPI. Bid with confidence. Thanks, have fun and good luck.
