Recorded at Galaxie III Studios in Taylorsville, the band is led by dual guitarists Donnie Story and Tom DeVoursney who also wrote all the tracks and handle the vocals along with bassist Jack Fulk. The band is rounded out by two drummers and percussionists - Steve McCord and "Buck" Owens". North Carolina has produced more than its share of fine garage, psych and hard rock rarities - sought by collectors world-wide. From the Abbrevs (garage) of Rocky Mount to Gibraltar (hard rock) of Fayetteville to the impossible to find JCP album by The Horde of Durham to underground favorites Arrogance of Chapel Hill and a slew of obscure vanity pressings on the Justice label - this one by the May Street Tops belongs with the best of them
