ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
No need to introduce this item. Limited to 1000 copies. Released in 1996. This is the very last rehearsal with Dead on vocals!! The vinyl has what look like manufacturing marks - they look like very deep scratches/grooves but are just discoloration on the vinyl. The vinyl feels smooth to the touch in that area and plays without any skipping, popping or surface noise. I manged to take a couple of pictures showing these discoloration marks. It is hard to grade a Picture Disk because you can't see all the details but I played it and it plays great with only a few quiet pops during the first track. Upon closer inspection I noticed a couple of marks on the vinyl in that area, nothing major though. I will be listing more Mayhem items. Keep checking my other auctions as I will be adding new items every Saturday and Sunday when time permits me to do so. I should be listing close to 1000 items in the next 3 months.

PayPal and Cheques. For some reason eBay does not allow people to accept M.O. as a form of payment. Payment is expected within 3 weeks of the auction ending.

RECORD GRADING CHART:
Mint (M):

Vinyl & Sleeve: Record is new and unplayed.

Near Mint (NM):

Vinyl: The record shows no obvious signs of wear.
Sleeve: Sleeve has no more than the most minor defects such as almost invisible ring wear or other slight signs of storage, handling or packaging such as minor creasing. All original inlays/inserts are included.

Excellent (Ex):

Vinyl: Record shows signs of having been lightly played.
Sleeve: Normal wear and tear on the cover/inlay without any major defects.

Very Good (VG):

Vinyl: Record shows signs of having been played. Possible light scuffs / surface marks, plays well with possible minor popping/crackling.
Sleeve: Cover & packaging may exhibit signs of wear and/or creasing. No cut-out holes or major tears are evident.

Good (G):

Vinyl: Record has been played many times, sound quality is reduced with popping/crackling/minor scratches.
Sleeve: Sleeve may suffer from obvious wear, folding, scuffing, seam splits, ring wear, marking, cut out holes.

Fair/Poor (FP):

Vinyl: The record is cracked, scratched, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating.
Sleeve: The sleeve shows obvious damage from being split on all three seams, heavily marred by wear and writing to water damage. Inner sleeves are fully seam split, crinkled, and written upon.
