MC 900 FT JESUS One Step Ahead of The Spider hails from 2025 and is a limited edition (91/600) and numbered 2LP pressed on Purple & Blue Galaxy Vinyl, housed in an outer plastic protective sleeve that has a 3" indigo and black hype sticker affixed. Comes with a glossy 12"x12" black and white lyric insert, printed on both sides.
1994’s One Step Ahead of the Spider is the third studio album by experimental hip hop artist MC 900 Ft. Jesus (aka Mark Griffin). It pushes the boundaries of genre, seamlessly blending hip hop, industrial, and electronic sounds — creating a truly alternative to the mainstream. The lead single, If I Only Had a Brain, landed on the Billboard charts back in ’94, thanks in part to the Spike Jonze directed video, which was featured in an episode of MTV’s Beavis and Butt-head.
