i'm sure you are aware that this is ranked probably one of the rarest vinyl out there.
So in terms of condition versus age, i'd say this is over all vg+/ex, despite a few markings here or there. These are markings on the vinyl not hairlines or deep scratches at all.

I have included images as best i could of the markings i noticed.
Labels does have a name penned on one side.
There is a slight bit of spindle wear to the center.
The vinyl does not have any major scratches, on both sides there is a total of probably 5 markings.
All not really visually noticeable - My ortofon black at a weight of 2.5 Plays smoothly over them without any noticeable variation in playback quality.
No hiss, pops of any kind.
Vinyl - Rating i'd say a very high -  EX  ( given the rarity of the vinyl )
For a collector this would be a very esteemed accomplishment
The sleeve is still intact no split seams,
Even the Name on the Seam is still legible, Sleeve considering the small record ring mark - i'd rate a 90% Usual laminate shrink for lp's from South Africa are common, due to the climate.

"McCully Workshop Inc. is the eponymous debut[1] album of South African psychedelic rock band McCully Workshop.[2] The album was produced by Billy Forrest on the Trutone Records label who had joined Trutone as record producer in 1968.[3] Trutone had recently been acquired,[4] in 1967, by Gallo (Africa) Limited. Gallo went on to become one of the internationally recognized giants in the music world.[4] The album draws on a number of musical styles and is influenced by the likes of; The Beatles in particular 'Sgt Pepper', Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, and the Moody Blues 'Threshold Of A Dream'.[5]

McCULLY WORKSHOP INC (Trutone STO 727, S. Africa 1970) Apparently this album is impossible to find in South Africa, this is a record company sample from Trutone Company, played once only, so this is a  once in a lifetime opportunity to own this megarare record in such beautiful clean as new condition. Similar to late 60's Uk psych, dreamy vocals, acid guitar, organ, some acoustic guitar together with garagy electric guitar, this record got 4 stars in "Record Collector Dreams" book and also has the coveted "Masterpiece of Music" award by the book's author. Amazing album unbelievably clean condition considering  it's age and scarcity."
