Original and very obscure 1987 UK Dancehall LP compilation.
Top tracks from every artists of which all are very hard to find on vinyl.
Including tracks from Thriller, Dicky Rankin, Peter Metro, Squiddly Rankin, Blinky, Sister Ilene, Admiral Tibit.
Squiddly Ranking, Peter Metro’s younger brother, is often named for his influence on and his partnership amongst the world’s 2 biggest sound systems ever: Stone Love Movement and Gemini.
Squiddly Ranking started his DJ-career way back in the early 80’s with Kingston based Black Ark Sound. As a DJ with Stone Love and Gemini he conquered the world and build up a reputation that still stands at this day. As he was constantly touring he spent less time recording but still found the time to release ‘Nah Work In A Bad Boy Posse’, a tune he released in 1982 with Peter Metro and that immediately found its way into the charts and would confirm his status as a top artist.
Since the beginning of the Millennium Squiddly Ranking has been touring with Lady Saw, Buju Banton and Elephant Man, performing on every major festival all over the planet. 2012 saw the release of a new album.
A dancehall veteran not to be missed!

Vinyl - EX
The vinyl looks EX and plays EX. Hardly any signs of use. The sound quality is immaculate, plays factory fresh.
Sleeve - VG+ - EX
The sleeve is in EX condition but has suffered from very light stain/water damage to the back. Its not very visible and nor does it ruin the sleeve, just leaves a faint stain on back sleeve, top right so have graded at VG+. The front is super bright and clean. No rips or tears anywhere and looks new. No writing anywhere. Smooth glossy sleeve all over.
Labels - EX
Both sides are clean and bright, free from rips and writing. Very bright text and a few faint spindle marks. Look factory fresh.
