Record is in VG++ condition, very clean item - side one has a noticeable scuff, however, it didn't appear to affect playability when it was briefly tested

Sleeve is in VG+ condition, no staining, no holes, no cut corners - very little shelf wear visible on some of the corners - SPINE IS SOLID AND IN TACT and the cover overall is very sturdy and in great condition.
