Description
• Disc condition: VG- - Vinyl is nice and flat to the deck. Elektra big E gold/tan labels. Visually has a fair few hairlines, a few wispy marks, but nothing worrying. Tiny mark on B2 but is not audible. On playback it's a little crackly between tracks, but once the band kick in, crackle is not really noticeable so much. I would grade this audibly as VG but visually as VG minus. Still punchy loud album as you would hope, clear audio with some crackle between tracks.
• Sleeve condition: VG - Matt finish gatefold sleeve, overall in VG, but has a little edge/spine wear and top edge of back panel is split.
• Matrix/Mothers: EK-74042-A- (MON) MR A12920 EK-74042-B- (MON) MR A12920-X
• This 1969 USA (likely first, or very early) version has the controversial liner notes printed in the gatefold
and the uncensored intro on track A2. The labels are gold (not tan as you usually find with 1969 variation pressings)
with "Stereo", the catalogue number, and the side number all printed on
the right side. This gold label version is much rarer than you think!
