Description
MC5 'Kick Out The Jams' original UK mono LP on Elektra, 1969 (EKL 4042).
Rare 1969 1st pressing UK mono issue, with red/silver labels and uncensored inner gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is graded VG as it displays numerous light scuffs and marks to both sides, however the audio is generally excellent. The LP has been audio tested and there are no notable issues at all on the A side, with just some very occasional light ticks in between a couple of the quieter passages between tracks on the B-side. Both labels are clean with no writing or marks.
The gatefold sleeve is graded VG- and has a small surface tear from adhesive sticker removal in the top right corner, there are some pen marks on the inside of the sleeve opening edges. There is notable wear to the sleeve edges, particularly the spine which is illegible as a result. There are also some very small splits to the corners of the opening edges. The inside of the gatefold sleeve displays the uncensored text. Other than the flaws listed, the sleeve is free from any writing, rips, tears or discolouration.
Vinyl is in VG condition.
Sleeve is in VG- condition.
Inner is a plain and unlined white sleeve with small writing in one corner.
