Description
Rare 45by The MC5 "Kick Out The Jams/Motor City Is Burning" (Elektra MC5-1) Excellent and Rare 60's 45. This is the extremely rare preview pressing of "KOTJ" that is an alternate version from the LP. It also has a different catalog number, "MC5/1A" from the regular pressing. There is no crowd noise on this version, and it is believed to have been recorded at a rehearsal while they were setting up the equipment to record what became the first LP. It also ends without going into "Come Together" as on the LP. Very unique and is rarely seen today. Condition is VG to VG- looking, VG+ playing. No deep noisy scratches, but there is a considerable amount of surface wear from having been unsleeved for many years. This is a rare 45, don't miss out!
