MC5-KICK OUT THE JAMS 1969 ELEKTRA RECORDS LP EKS-74042 IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! The Godfathers of all things punk in this auction. Wayne Kramer and the boys on what may be the seminal garage / punk rock in rock history. The title cut is a rock classic and other songs such as Ramblin' Rose & Motor City Is Burning also appear on this must own late 60's gem. All fans of the band or the genre need this one in their collection, it's an absolute essential!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just 2 very small, very light hairlines on side 1 neither of which hamper play at all, plays well throughout. The matrix leads me to believe that this is the 1st pressing: EKS-74042-A-(SON). The gatefold cover has the John Sinclair note(another indication of the 1st pressing), mild wear along the edges and mild rubs on the corners. The original inner sleeve has a split yet still holds the record fine. An awesome buy!!
