Excellent Condition. Test played. Overall grading.

SLEEVES:     

EX (Slight wear only. Well looked after )

EX+ (Inners are all plain apart from BAD ATTITUDE which is EX+. Also contains nice MERCHANDISE SHEET. There is an INSERT in DEAD RINGER)

VINYL:                         

EX (I have visually checked the LPs and test played a few tracks from each. Visually there is very light wear only. All LPs plays as excellent or mint apart from BAT OUT OF HELL which has a little light crackle on some tracks and grades VG. Overall grading is EX due to the super quality of the other LPs)

GRADINGS

When grading records and CD’s I follow the standard UK grading system as defined by Record Collector Magazine. This is the most widely used guide and respected by Collectors Worldwide.

MINT (M) – Record is in brand new condition. The cover and all extra items are present and in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX) – The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) – The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items (without any major defects) is acceptable.

I always grade honestly and accurately and unless a record is extremely rare I never sell anything with a grading below VG-

SHIPPING

I mail everything using the best quality (music industry standard) packaging materials. This means sturdy cardboard record mailers with added cardboard stiffeners for LP’s and 7” singles. For CD’s I use tough jiffy bags and I add card protectors to any CD’s that have card sleeves.
