Released in 1993 on the VIRGIN label, I am offering today this original first and only limited UK pressing of this classic long awaited follow up to MEAT LOAF's 1977 classic BAT OUT OF HELL titled BAT OUT OF HELL II BACK INTO HELL. The album like the first is written by JIM STEINMAN and includes several tracks that were on his forgotten 1981 classic Bad For Good including LOST BOYS AND GOLDEN GIRLS and OUT OF THE FRYING PAN AND INTO THE FIRE. When this was released at the start of the CD boom 93 - 96 it was only printed in small quantity which makes this a sought after album by rock collectors and meatloaf collectors alike.
The album comes complete with its original glossy sleeve which is in very clean excellent condition with no splits or stickers etc but is showing a touch of light shelf wear.
This also comes with its original black inner sleeve which is very clean with no splits etc.
I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and it plays with absolutely no sticks or skips or nasty pops etc but there is some light crackle to be heard typical of this pressing which is 30 minutes + per side.
Not an easy LP to find these days.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks a strong EX to near mint barely played. I have just played it and it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc but there is some crackle to be heard throughout which is typical of this limited pressing.
The SLEEVE, The glossy single sleeve is in excellent condition. the spine is fully legible but It shows some shelf light wear otherwise clean with no stickers splits or unwanted writing etc.
The LABELS, The Virgin labels are very clean, showing virtually no spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original black inner is clean and free from unwanted writing, stickers or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
