This auction is for the LAST vinyl "Cryptic Writings" records recovered from storage. There is no labeling on the record. Side A contains: Trust, Almost Honest, Use The Man, Mastermind, The Disintegrators and I'll Get Even. And side B contains: Sin, A Secret Place, Have Cool, Will Travel, She-Wolf, Vortex, FFF and Bullprick. The sleeve has been signed by Dave Mustaine in black Sharpie.

"Cryptic Writings" debuted at #10 on U.S. Billboard charts and was certified Platinum in 1998. The first 500,000 copies of "Cryptic Writings" in the U.S. were released with silver background album cover. Instrumentally, the band introduced a more melodic mix than the previous albums, while stirring up a snarling brew of nasal yowls, crunchy riffs and speed-of-light guitar solos. The song 'Trust' was nominated for a "Best Metal Performance" Grammy in 1997.
