MEGA-RARE ORIGINAL UK LP - The Idle Race "The Birthday Party"(Blue Liberty LBL 83132E) MONO. Recorded in 1968, this was the CLASSIC debut album from The Idle Race, featuring such SUPERB tracks as "Skeleton & The Roundabout", "End Of The Road", "The Lady Who Said She Could Fly" etc etc. As you know already, the (gatefold) sleeve is designed as a birthday invitation, with an inner photo montage featuring SO many of the personalities and artists of that era, as if they were sitting down to dinner!! Great idea!! Condition-wise, both the vinyl and (gatefold) sleeve are in EX+/EX+ CONDITION. However, on Side Two there is a light film over most of that side, due to previous contact with another inner sleeve, BUT the sound is NOT affected!! If you should require ANY further details please contact me. Happy to oblige!! However, due to previous unhappy experiences with postage to Russia, Japan, Italy - and Mexico(!), I would only offer sending to any of these locations by International Registered/Insured Post, with the appropriate postage charges.
