COMMENTS:  This is such a rare opportunity to snap up this incredibly scarce LP. This is the ultra rare UK issue, NOT the more common German issue. This pretty much NEVER comes up for auction, especially in this condition. And the best thing about this LP is that the quality of the music actually justifies the price tag. So many of the rarest and most expensive LPs tend to be substandard in musical content. However, this album is packed full of seriously quality songs, killer fuzz guitar riffs, sweet flutes, heavy grooves and percussion, topped off with some great vocals! Definatly not to be missed, this is an absolute must have for any serious Progressive Rock collector. Do not miss this very rare opportunity, as you will not see another copy like this!!!!
                          The vinyl has a STUNNING FULL GLOSSY SHINE!!!!! Only under the brightest light can you see some VERY faint hairlines. These have come from being removed from the inner sleeve. These are definatly NOT stylus marks, and I must stress that these are incredibly faint. They are NOT scratches, and are barely noticable. This is the same for both sides of the vinyl. There is NO "sweating", common with vinyl stored in a poly-lined inner sleeve (vinyl is still in original blue poly-lined Decca/Deram company inner sleeve). I have played the LP from start to finish, carefully with a light tone-arm setting, and I must say, it sounds INCREDIBLE!!!! Plays loud and crisp, throughout, with only the faintest surface noise. Only during the track separations and quiet passages is this even noticable. The only points to make are that about halfway through the first track on side one, there is a tiny speck stuck in the groove, that causes a faint tick for 2 rotations. I am certain that this could easily be removed (perhaps by using a professional vinyl vacuum cleaner). This is NOT a scratch, or mark, it is definatly something in the groove. There are also what appear to be two very minor pressing faults. At the very end of track two on side one (during the fade out) under very bright light there is a tiny patch (about 1mm square) that shines brighter than the glossy vinyl shine. This seems to cause a slight tick for six rotations. The other pressing fault is two thirds of the way into track three on side one. This is only a tiny dimple/dip to the surface of the vinyl (visible in one of the photos). However, it is completely superficial, it causes not deterioration in sound, does not cause any ticks, or noise whatsoever! I am absolutely certain that these VERY minor faults are in the pressing, and not caused by careless ownership.
                           The labels look stunning, completely free from writing, tears, stains and stickers. Side one has 2 (possibly 3) very faint spindle marks, and side two has 3 (possibly 4). It can't have been played much at all (possibly up to 4 times), as the hole is still a little tight around the spindle. Not too tight though, there is no problem in placing it on a turntable.
                           The sleeve is also in a STUNNING condition. There is NO laminate peel, NO writing, NO stickers, NO tears, NO splits, NO folds, NO creases, NO scuffs. The only minor, and I really must stress MINOR flaws are (see pictures) some very light ringwear and discolouratin (the discolouration is really very minor, not caused by damp. It has not gone brown, it appears to be more that some print from another LP has slightly rubbed off onto the unlaminate rear of this LP) to the front and back, affecting mainly the top and bottom of the sleeve. There are four light wrinkles in the laminate, originating from the spine (the longest measures about 2cm) and another small wrinkle in the laminate (about 1.5cm long) 2.5cms to the right of the top of the "Deram" logo on the front. There is also a small wrinkle to the small section of laminate on the rear of the sleeve (see photo). Judging by the spine, it looks as though this was cause by a slight bend to the sleeve, or pehaps by some weight being placed on the sleeve. Along with this very slight dent to the spine, there are a few more minor imperfections, but they are onle very slight dinks, nothing much. The spine is complete, with no real wear, and fully legible. The opening of the sleeve has a few tiny dinks, not tears, just the tinyest imperfections. The edges of the opening are still crisp and sharp. This is the same for the corners. All corners are still sharp and pointed, with just the slightest wear/scuffing.
                            The original poly-lined Decca/Deram company inner sleeve is stunning also. There are only a few light creases to the paper. The corners are still sharp, and have NOT been bent from being taken in and out of the sleeve.
                           I have tried to include enough photos to highlight the few minor flaws, and tried my best to describe in detail all imperfections. However, if you have any queries please dont hesitate to contact me, and I will do my best to give you a swift response.
                           I must stress one more time just how rare this LP is! I doubt that you will see another copy of this, especially in this unbelievable condition, for a very very long time!!! This really is an opportunity not to be missed.
