MELMOTH is the pseudonym used by the french underground poet and musician DASHIELL HEDAYAT ( also a pseudonym) .the real name of the man is JACK-ALAIN LEGER . if you like weird and way out recording this is for you. MELMOTH recites his verses and tries to sing over a disjointed background of folk, psych ,jazz music .all quite loose and insane but never the less intriguing. pure lunacy committed to vinyl. an important album of the french underground scene.
