Amphetamine Reptile Records 2000, Scale 100, pressing of 200 one-sided black vinyl.

Silkscreened cover art by Shepard Fairey.

Ordered directly from the label, played-once then stored in an archival box since, like new.

Also includes original white paper record sleeve & poly bag (not pictured).
