Rare Still Sealed LP by Memphis Slim. Self titled LP, Original U.S. pressing on Chess Records #1455 released in 1961.
Some of the shrink wrap has come unraveled/torn. There is some soiling/aging spots cannot tell if just on the shrink wrap or if some has gotten onto the cover. The corners have little bit of wear where the shrink wrap has shrunk/come off. There is an approximately 2" seam split on the bottom seam. When record came to me there was a very tiny part (about 1/8" ) of the lead in deadwax coming out of the seam split so it is possible there is some scuffing on the dead wax where the seam split is. I could not see any of the play grooves. The Vinyl presumed Mint (unopened/unplayed).

Thanks for understanding that guaranteeing transactions involving vintage sealed items is more complicated than that for open product or new sealed items.

Grading Scale:

10: Mint Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.

9: Mint- Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record.

8: Excellent (VG++) Condition between 7 and 9.

7: VG+ Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.

6: VG Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.

5: VG- A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.

4: G Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!

3-2-1: It only goes down from here.
