The front of the sleeve has some evidence of restoration and some minor evidence of wear along the top and bottom edges and also in all four corners however overall it looks clean, tidy, and attractive.
The back of the sleeve has a small tear on the bottom flip back and some feint brown grubby marks along the opening otherwise it is clean and tidy.The sleeve grades as Good to Very good.
The record has a small feint hairline half way through side one which is not audible and also on the dead wax at the end of side two apart from which the record is in fine condition and has clean labels with no evidence of spindle wear.The record is clean and shiny and grades as being in Very good to Excellent condition.
