35 mm magnetic film recording. White Label Promo LP record----RFR1/RFR1 pressings. Very desirable Mercury LP which was recorded in Moscow. These were the first recordings made in the Soviet Union by an American recording crew.
Very hard to find, especially in a promo pressing. This an original Mercury pressing; it is not a reissue. The original Mercury sleeve is included.
The record is Near Mint. Nice shiny vinyl. Visual grading. The cover has some corner wear, including a small crease in one corner and a small tear in the back. There is also some darkening of parts of the back, but the cover is otherwise in excellent condition.
The members of the Borodin String Quartet are Rostislav Davidovich Dubinsky, first violin; Jaroslav Pavlovich Alexandrov, second violin, Dimitri Vissarionovich Shebalin, viola; and Valentin Alexandrovich Berlinski, cello.
